What you bring to the table Blue Ocean is looking for a Business Analyst who enjoys bridging the gap between business and technology. In this role, you will: Analyze customer and user needs Translate them into clear requirements Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders Help shape smart and effective solutions You already have a few years of experience as a business analyst (or in a similar role), enabling you to: Map processes easily Identify bottlenecks Contribute ideas for optimization You understand the impact of functional decisions on technical implementation – and vice versa. You’ll work on projects across various sectors and have the space to take ownership of your cases – from exploration to implementation.
Requirements
What you bring
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (IT, economics, business administration, etc.)
At least 2 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role
Strong skills in analyzing, documenting, and translating business requirements
Experience with writing use cases, user stories, and process models (BPMN/UML)
Comfortable communicating with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Basic understanding of software development (no coding required, but an affinity is helpful)
Able to read technical documentation in English with ease
